What I liked about the beverage menu at Pure Sky Lounge is what they call the ‘Temperance – No Alcohol’ menu.
From that menu, I tried the Emirati Nojito which is made from fresh lime juice, mint leaves crushed together with raw cane sugar, topped with date juice. Give this a go if you want to get experimental, try new things.
My friend had the Green Tea Cooler which is mint, apple juice and cinnamon syrup served with green tea. She recommends it to all you tea lovers.
We indulged in some nibbles, soon after which, we went for dessert. Now, about that. That was some yum dessert, where everything from chocolate, fruits and creme, came together. Watch the video to see what I mean.
If you are going to Pure Sky Lounge, hungry, to eat a hearty meal, don’t expect the most delish flavours on your plate. Instead, we recommend going there to totally soak up the view from the 43rd Floor of the Hliton JBR, of The Palm Dubai and the JBR concrete jungle.
Also, take a look at the virtual tour of the Pure Sky Lounge:
This video was taken by the Canon Legria Mini.
Pure Sky Lounge is located at 43rd Floor of the Hilton, JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) Dubai.
I really wonder if the ‘world’s best or largest’ belong to Dubai.
How chic is this restaurant! Awesome ambiance and food looks sumptuous too!
Thanks to the video, we are exposed to the best views of the restaurant, have just updated my bucket list. 🙂
