The salmon encrusted, with what seemed like potato hash brown (on the outside), was to die for. The company was endearing. The ambiance, delightful.
It takes more than just one aspect to make a dining experience enjoyable and one to remember. Izel makes the cut.
Izel, the Latino themed restaurant at the Conrad Hotel, on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai leaves a mark on you, much after you walk away from it’s artistic-looking premises. From sculptures especially flown in from South America to the paintings on the wall, Izel is a visual treat too.
The food was enjoyable as well, from the starters to the main course. However, for vegetarians ( those who don’t even eat eggs ), the menu can be quite restrictive.
There is also live music, which is something that Izel boasts, and why not. Latin artists flown in especially to make music and entertain us.
Izel is located at Conrad Dubai.

Love the decor of this place – low key but classy and cool. I’m missing Dubai a lot since I left and am looking back at some of the little things I miss:
