South African restaurant franchise Nando’s recently re-opened their doors to fast foodies in Dubai, after a revamp of their interiors.
The newly re-opened Nando’s restaurant on Sheikh Zayed Road was visited by DIAF recently.
We recommend it for the city’s fast food junkies. What we swallowed from the menu:
The Peri Peri Hummus and Pita. This was absolutely delish. A great appetiser / starter for vegetarians. The hummus was just rightly flavored with enough ‘sour quotient’ for us and the spiciness of the peri peri sauce garnished over it, proved to be yum! We definitely urge you to try this one. Also, how nicely it is catered to for the local population that love their Arabic food, impressed us.
Yes Nando’s is all about the chicken, but they didn’t falter too much with their veggie wrap either. Again, a good option for vegetarians.
The chicken was well-cooked too, just a bit too salty for me, but my partner loved it.
Who can say no to a bowl of mashies? Some serious carb-incision but when food tastes that good…
Happy Endings it was with this amazing meal. We finished up by devouring the ice-cream and chocolate sauce and the Honey Biscuit Cake.
Nando’s, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, can be reached at 04-3212000.
