Bennigan’s, the restaurant chain famous for their generous portions and generous pours came to Dubai recently.
Bennigan’s was founded in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, in 1976. The chain has locations spread across the United States, as well as in South America, Asia, and the Middle East. It’s menu offers a selection of American fare which includes Certified Angus Beef hand cut to suit the guests’ preferences.
So, there we were, feasting ourselves, well, generously. For starters, we had the Mediterranean Salad, which consisted of crispy green rockets tossed in Balsamic dressing, Halloumi cheese, eggplants & tomatoes. We were told this is one of their most popular starters. It was fresh, just as expected.
At Chef Kaheld’s insistence, we ordered another salad. The Kilkenny’s Counry Chicken Salad. Golden fried chicken laced with garden greens, beef bacon, Colby cheese, eggs & tomatoes. All this goodness was tossed in smoky honey dijon dressing.
For main course, I had the Grilled Seaside Salmon and my partner ordered the Prime Hand- Cut Beef.
Gluttony didn’t leave us and we went on to order some veg Quesadillas, served with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
