Hello Kitty Beauty Spa, located at the Town Center in Jumeirah boasts of another ‘first’ in the city of Dubai. We all agree that there have been many ‘firsts’ in a city that continues to bring to us the best from around the world?
Hello Kitty Beauty Spa is the first spa to open worldwide with Fatima Sharaf, (part of the Sharaf Retail Group) as the sole beneficiary of the franchising rights to the spa.
Hello Kitty, the character, doesn’t need an introduction. A fictional character produced by the Japanese company Sanrio, first designed by Yuko Shimizu, she clearly targets a female audience. Needless to mention then that the spa also woos the female population of the city.
Fatima says that the idea of having a spa such as this came about because she wanted to take her daughters along with her to her spa visits and not worry about them. From products such as Keeki Nail varnishes which are wholly organic to cupcakes, at the Kitty Cafe, that are organic too, Fatima felt that she could finally, truly enjoy her spa experience minus the cloud of worry about her little ones.
Now, little girls can tag along with their mommies as the staff at Hello Kitty Spa is trained to handle both Princesses (kids) and Queens (adults) alike!
The spa offers Nail treatments, hair treatments, hair styling, body treatments and more for both Princesses and Queens (separate menus for both). For a full list of services, click here.
DIAF took a tour of the spa for you and spoke with Fatima Sharaf about the spa:
I am interested in opening a hello kitty day spa in Johannesburg, south Africa.
Kindly contact me with franchise details.
Awaiting your positive response.
I am fascinated and also interested in what you really are covering here.
