We tried the pre-race breakfast menu which consisted of your choice of Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs and / or Leek Asparagus Frittata. No, we aren’t talking about the World Cup, the world’s biggest Horse Race, but the Polo races. The idea is to get people to come have breakfast at Solis and then head to the Polo match at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club.
My companion could not wait for her Eggs Benedict to arrive while I was happy with my scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. Head Chef Wasantha Siriwardana, Solis Beach Club, says that he feels delighted when people compliment his food, making his job feel worth his while. When asked which is the item from the b/f menu that people keep coming back for, quick comes the reply, “The Eggs Benedict for sure.”
“I want to make sure that people enjoy their dining experience at Soils Beach Club and keep coming back for more”, says Chef Siriwardana.
